유두상 갑상선 암종으로 진단된 환자의 경부 전산화단층촬영 소견이다. 상기 소견을 보여 초음파 유도하 미세침검사를 시행하였고, 양측 경부 림프절에서 보이는 림프절이 전이성 림프절로 진단되었다. 다음 환자의 N stage는?

해설 N1a는 level VI(pretracheal, paratrcheal, prelaryngeal/Delphian) 림프절에 전이가 된 경우, N1b는 level I, II, III, IV, V의 일측성, 양측성 림프절 전이 또는 반대 측 경부 림프절 전이, 후인두 림프절 전이, 상종격동 림프절 전이가 있는 경우이다.
