ABSTRACT |
Malignant melanoma comprises 1.2% of all malignancies and over 90% of these malignancies develop in the skin. So malignant melanoma of the nasal civity is extremely rare. A few cases of those malignancies have been reported in Korea since 1963. The authors have recently experienced a case of malignant melanoma originated on the posterior nasal septum. So we report this case with review of literature.
