ABSTRACT

Neurilemmoma of vagus nerve is very rare benign tomor. It is characteristically benign, solitary, encapsulated tumor which arises from the schwann cell sheath of the nerve fibers. Recently we have experienced on case of neurilemmoma of the vagus nerve. The tumor was completely removed under general anesthesia by lateral neck approach and varified histopathologically as neurilemmoma of the vagus nerve.
