Dentigerous cyst was not uncommonly reported. But the case in palate or maxillary antrum was rare. Authors experienced 2 cases of dentigerous cyst. One case was 25-year-old female who complained of right cheek swelling and tenderness for 4 months. The other was 36-year-old male who felt mass on the hard palate for 4 months.
