A Case of Palatine Tonsil Polyp

ABSTRACT

In otorhinolaryngology dept, the frequent sites of polyps are the nasal cavity, larynx, paranasal sinus, aural and other areas. But it occurs rarely at the palatine tonsil. The author experienced a case of palatine tonsil polyp in an 18 year old female who had suffered from a foreign body sensation in the pharynx for 1 year. This case history with a brief literature review is reported.
