ABSTRACT |
An osteoma may be defined as a benign ostegenic tumor of slow growth containing mature bone. Osteoma of the paranasal sinuses occur either in the frontal, ethmoid or maxillary sinuses, in this order of frequency. We have reported a giant osteoma in an adult having right eye protrusion, pain and interference of eyeball movement.
