ABSTRACT

Various tympanoplastic methods have been reported to restore hearing in cases which the ear drum has been perforated from chronic otitis media or traumatic rupture. Recently, the author have been experienced six cases of myringoplasty with temporal fascia. In all of our cases, the fascia graft was placed underneath the tympanic membrane through the perforation without stapes incision.
