ABSTRACT

Recently, many antituberculous treatment has been developed, and the nasal tuberculosis is not common. As we know well, common lesion of the tuberculosis is septum, lateral wall, and the floor of the nose in order. We are experienced two cases of the nasal tuberculosis : 36-year-old Koren male who had tuberculous granulomata on the anterior portion of the right inferior turbinate : and 15-year-old Korean female with the ulcer spreading on anterior portion of the nasal septum, inferior and middle turbinates of the nasal cavities. Histopathologically, they were verified as tuberculosis of the nose, and were successfully treated by anti. T.B. therapy and local treatment as cleansing and cauterization.
